Set in the city of rain and sometimes completely warm summer days, Seattle, Washington is the homefront of the underground drug trades across the entire state. Gangs are all over the outskirts and are mainly the ones who manufacture the primise of just the drug trades. But even though it is legal in this state for having marajuana, it is not legal to give it to young citizens around the city at all. Which brings us to Brendon Martin, a professional "corporate sellout" if you ask any of his childhood gang members.

This born caucasian american has always been a around his brother Rickie Malaso between the drug arch, but now being picked up after an drug trade, from the streets to join a secret police agency in the city of Seattle. After being distanced away from his family at an early stage of time by being brought in, he was given his first operation to take out some drug dealers, even though drug trading was legal with them since they were adults. Martin was hired for the mission with Doniven Lankton to take out one of the drug traders, which was non other than Martin's older brother, Rickie Malaso.

With this eating up Brendon, he finds out that this "secret agency" that he now works for is actually just a group of drug traders that act as undercover police man, which they are, but are corrupt and hacks into others datebases to do illegal tading from city to city. This secret agency force you might ask, well it's newly developmental and is known as Operation CT.
